I will never see your card number, so I can not use it for additional orders and I can not increase your order amount either. I can still issue a partial or full refund to your account if needed.

CO state sales tax on all orders shipping to the state of Colorado and
MN state sales tax on all orders shipping to the state of Minnesota.

Multi-Currency Shopping

In addition to the U.S. Dollars, you can pay in Canadian Dollars, Pound Sterlings, Euros, Australian Dollars, Japanese Yens, India Rupee, Denmark Krone, Hong Kong Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Norwegian Krone, Swedish Krona, Switzerland Franc, and South Africa Rand for all Visa and MasterCard purchases.

The shopping cart will detect your geographical location and show the prices in the corresponding currency. Still, if your creditcard account is in US Dollars, you can select that for checkout currency.

Now you have the option to select your preferred transaction currency at the top of the order form. Pricing displays will automatically convert to the currency value selected, and we will settle the transaction in that currency.

You will know exactly the amount to be billed to your card because settling in your local currency will effectively eliminate fees that your bank would normally charge for currency conversions of credit card transactions.

What are CCNOW's refund and dispute policies?

In most situations when a customer asks for a refund, we want to try our best to grant that refund. Here are some guidelines on our refund and dispute policies:
If a customer is dissatisfied with a product that he/she has ordered, the client should accept the product back and grant a refund. If desired, a client may specify that shipping charges are not refundable; however we would prefer to refund the shipping charges as well.
If a customer claims that a product was never received, we will grant a refund unless the client can show proof of delivery. "

If you still would not like to use your creditcard, I do accept cash payment sent to me in the mail. Just email me your order.

Sorry, no personal checks and money orders as it usually took me more time to go and line up in the bank than the order was worth. Not to mention some people sent me bad checks and the bank charged me $ 30 for that.
